On December 24, 2006, The Blessed Sacrament Children's Christmas Mass was celebrated by Father Tom Mattingly at 5:00pm. A highlight of the Mass was the time when Father Tom called all the children to the altar. Fr. Tom descended a couple of steps, sat down and began talking to the children who surrounded him. His questions evoked varied answers from the children and laughter from the parents and other participants at Mass.
